The Aguayo Family
Pastor Moises & Becky started TCNO with a dream in their hearts to lead people from wherever they are in life to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Together they lead a growing, diverse, multi-ethnic church with a mission to reach those that are far from God. They have a heart to reach our city with the life changing message of Jesus. They believe in the next generation and value the wisdom and guidance of those that have gone before us.
Pastor Moises is a gifted communicator and teacher who speaks the word of God with conviction and humor. He has a vision and passion for helping people meet Jesus, and each week he shares God’s word and its practical application in our daily lives. Pastor Becky is passionate about leading and empowering women to be compassionate, courageous and free.
Moises & Becky live in Oviedo, FL along with their three amazing kids: Isabella, Luke, Jacob and their Jack Russell - Charlie.
The Church at North Orlando was birthed in the heart of Pastor Moises & Becky in 2002. It was during their time as youth pastors that they received a prophetic word that God was preparing them to one day lead a people in an international city. A people who were "crying out in the darkness." Armed with a word from God, Pastor Moises and Becky, along with four other families, quit their jobs and sold their homes to move 1200 miles to Orlando.
On April 12, 2012, TCNO launched it's very first service at Carillon Elementary in Oviedo, FL. From Carillon, the small church started meeting at the pastor's home. Despite some setbacks, God miraculously provided during those difficult times and we continued to press forward into what God was calling us to become.
October 7th, 2012, TCNO moved to Eastbrook elementary where they were joined by several more families. It was there that the church began to make ground and build into what it is today. Since our humble beginning, it has always been our passion to create an environment where people can experience the presence of God. And we accomplish that simply by being who God called us to be.
Today we are a vibrant, growing, multi-ethnic community of believers that are passionate about leading people from where they are to become fully devoted followers of Christ. And then on Easter Sunday 2018, TCNO moved to Lake Howell High School.
The local church is the hope of the world! The answer to the problems we face won’t be solved with anything the world has to offer. The answer is found in Jesus and in Him alone. Our hope is that we can bring authentic life-change to our community.
