What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God which declares His design and plan for mankind. ( Timothy 3:15-16)

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Mark 12:29; Isaiah 43:10, 11; Matthew 28:19).

We believe every person can have restored fellowship with God through 'salvation' (accepting Christ's offer of forgiveness for sin). Salvation comes through confession of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and repentance of sin. (Acts 4:12; Romans 10:9-10; John 14:6)

We believe Jesus Christ, conceived of the Virgin Mary, is the only begotten Son of the Father. Jesus was crucified, buried and rose from the dead. He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor. (Luke 1:26-33; Hebrews 7:25)

We believe in water baptism by immersion in water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 3:11; Matthew 28:18-19; John 14:6)

We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit is a unique life-changing experience, accompanied by the evidence of speaking in tongues, following salvation that empowers believers for witnessing and effective service, just as it did in New Testament times. We believe that every Christian can be baptized in the Holy Spirit and is given special gifts that help minister to the Body of Christ and the unbeliever. (Romans 12, and 1 Corinthians 12.)

We believe the church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. We believe 'the church' is the body of Christ and consists of the people who, throughout time, have accepted God's offer of redemption (regardless of religious denomination) through the sacrificial death of His son Jesus Christ.  (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15)

We believe sanctification initially occurs at salvation and is not only a declaration that a believer is holy, but also a progressive lifelong process of separating from evil as believers continually draw closer to God and become more Christ-like. (1 Thessalonians 5:23, Philippians 3:12-16)

We believe in divine healing of the sick which is provided for in Christ's atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins).  (Isaiah 53:5, James 5:16, Psalm 103:3)

We believe in worshipping the Lord in Spirit and in truth, with all of our hearts and with all of the means revealed in the Bible, showing our love with expressive demonstration of thanksgiving, joy, and praise.  (Psalm 134, 136, 147, 149, 150)

We believe in the Second Coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:10, 11; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 1:7)

We believe in the sacredness of marriage between one man and one woman and family commitment. We promote biblical family values. (Ephesians 5:31-33; Ephesians 6:1-4; Hebrews 13:4; Matthew 19:5 Leviticus 18:22; Genesis 2:24)

our mission is simple

We exist to lead people from wherever they are in life to become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

Core Values

We are devoted to the message of Jesus.

There is no other life-transforming message other than the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The crucified and risen savior of the world.  It’s in him we find true hope, peace and purpose for our lives.

We are devoted to fight for unity

We chose to honor one another and be united as the family of God. We represent every race, nation, and ethnic culture. Uniquely different yet, united as one. We believe that we belong to something greater than ourselves. We are an expression of heaven on earth.

We are devoted to generous living

God gives so we can live, we live so we can give. We’re committed to living our lives open-handed. Understanding we don’t give because we ‘have to’, we give because we ‘get to’. We give because it makes a difference.

We are devoted to excellence

Everything we do is infused with eternal purpose, therefore, every detail deserves enthusiasm, passion and excellence. We trade excuses for resourcefulness and the mundane for the extraordinary.

We are devoted to serve

We choose to follow the example of Jesus. It’s not about us. If you’re too big to serve then you’re too small to lead. From the platform to the parking lot, every role is important. We are at our best when we serve one another.

We are devoted to community

“We don’t use people to build the church, we use the church to build people.” We will make time, break bread, tell our stories, celebrate our wins, and we will always party together!

We are devoted to reaching people

We will do everything we can to reach people who are far from God with the message of hope. From our Sunday services to community SERVE days, we choose to demonstrate the love of God to the world.
